Lovira (lovirastudio.com) is run by Riya, based in Melbourne, Australia. I respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it. I aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
- Information you give me: your first name and email address when you join my email list, meal plan list or design waitlist, and your name, email and message when you use my contact form.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, my hosting provider and site tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when. Cookies may be used for this.
How I use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for (newsletter, meal plan or waitlist updates)
- To reply to your messages and collaboration enquiries
- To understand how people use the site so I can make it better
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam
I will never sell your personal information. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and I only email you if you have asked me to.
Third parties
Lovira uses some trusted third-party services that may collect or process information:
- Hosting: Hostinger hosts this website.
- Email service: I may use an email marketing provider (such as MailerLite or Kit) to store my email list and send emails.
- Pinterest: the “Save” buttons on images load a script from Pinterest, which may set cookies. See Pinterest’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Affiliate partners: when you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network (for example Amazon, Commission Factory, Awin or Partnerize) may set cookies to track the sale.
- Analytics and advertising: if I add analytics or display advertising in the future, those providers may use cookies to measure visits and show relevant ads. I will update this policy when I do.
Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and Europe.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well.
Keeping your information safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using a secure (HTTPS) connection. No website can be completely secure, though.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by contacting me.
Children
Lovira is written for adults and is not directed at children under 16. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you have a concern about your privacy, please contact me first and I’ll do my best to fix it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
